活性污泥法优化控制──溶解氧浓度对运行费用的影响 被引量:2

OPTIMAL CONTROL OF ACTIVATED SLUDGE PROCESS ──IMPACT OF DISSOVED OXYGEN FOR OPERATIONAL COSTS

摘要 在现有的关于活性污泥法最优控制研究的基础上, 以溶解氧浓度为控制变量,以出水水质为约束条件,以运行费用为性能指标,对多变量最优控制问题进行了探讨。建立了最优控制所必要的基本状态方程与性能指标的泛函表达式,通过计算研究了在满足同一出水质量前提下控制不同的溶解氧浓度时所需要的运行费用。运算结果表明,溶解氧浓度为1.2mg/L时所需运行费用最少,这与传统观点的活性污泥法应当维持溶解氧浓度大于2.0mg/L相比相差较大,说明将最优控制引入水处理工程,将产生很大的经济效益。 Based on the recently researches about the optimal control of the activated sludge process, which takes the most important control parameters, dissolved oxygen(DO) as control variables, regards effluent quality as restriction factor and operation cost as performance index. The fundament state equations and functional expression of performance index established firstly. The operational costs at various dissolved oxygen concentrations calculated, under the condition of the same effluent quality. The results indicate that the operational cost at dissolved oxygen of 1.2 mg/L is the lowest, which has great diversity compared with the con ventional view that dissolved oxygen level should be maintained above 2.0 mg/L.
