摘要
以多元丙烯酸类为单体,水为介质,采用乳液聚合的方法,制得多元共聚物--防水胶粘剂,并以植物秸秆粉为原料,通过热压成型制作餐饮具[1]。采用两次正交实验,优选出胶粘剂的最佳配方,并研究了制作快餐盒的胶粘剂用量、温度和压力对热压成型物性能的影响。
Produced the experiments which made use of plantstalk to make eating and drinking utensils under the heated and pressured condition. Synthesized water resistant adhesive by the way of emulsion polymering in aqueous emulsion with acrylic esters and a polar acrylic monomers. Studied quality of the product and gave the optimization of technical condition by the hot press.
