摘要
通过Kaerber方法测定α毒素对小鼠的半数致死量后 ,定量出 10LD50 毒力标准的毒素所能引起卵磷脂水解反应的稀释度为 6 ,每一水解稀释度相当于LD50 /6 4的毒力标准 ,从而建立起A型魏氏梭菌毒素毒力测定动物试验的替代试验。α毒素毒力与卵磷脂水解反应的浑浊度在该试验条件下具有稳定的相关性 ,不同批次的卵磷脂及毒素中所含菌体的数量对试验结果的判定无影响。该替代试验比原方法操作更简单 ,取材也经济 。
By testing LD 50 of α toxin to mouse with Kaerber method and counting the dilution titer of the 10 LD 50 α toxin lecithin solution reaction,the new method succeeded in detecting the toxin of clostridium perferingens type A instead of animal experiment.A stable relationship between the virulence of α toxin and the turbidity in the toxin lecithin solution reaction was observed.There were 6 dilution titer for the standard toxin with 10 LD 50 toxicity that can bring out an opalescent turbidity,with a dilution unit for the toxicity of LD 50 /6 4 Different lecithins and the population of bacteria have little effects on the results.It will be more convenient and more accurate for the new method to determine the toxicity of α toxin with more commercial material.
