施用稻草等有机物料对连作黄瓜根系活力、硝酸还原酶、ATP酶活力的影响 被引量:12

A Study on the Effect of the Rice Straw and Other Organic Materials on the Root Activity and the Activity of Nitratase and ATPase of Cropping Cucumber

摘要 有机物料稻草、猪粪、锯木屑按 0 5 %、 1%和 2 %用量施入已产生连作障碍的土壤 ,对连作黄瓜根系各种与养分吸收有关酶产生不同影响。盆钵实验结果表明根系脱氢酶、ATP酶、硝酸还原酶活性大小为 ,猪粪 >0 5 %稻草 >对照 >木屑 ,并随稻草、木屑用量增加各种酶活性降低 ;随猪粪用量增加而升高。猪粪减轻黄瓜连作障碍的效果最好 ,植株生育性状株高、最大叶面积和干物重最大 ,0 5 %稻草用量尚可 ,木屑和 1%~ 2 %稻草用量效果较差。 Different organic materials such as rice straw, wood dust and pigfeces were employed in continuous cropping soil at rates of 0%(control ),0 5%,1%,2%,and had different act on the activity of different enzyme related absorption nutrient of continuous cropping cucumber The study shows that pigfeces can enhance root activity and the activity of Nitratase and ATPase while Rice straw can lower the activity of them, wood dust, however, has little effect on those. It is also found that pigfeces has best effect on alleviating continuous cropping obstacle of cucumber, 0 5% rice straw is just fine, and woodchip and 1%,2% rice straw are the worse in all treatment.
