复康胶囊对化疗损伤小鼠免疫功能恢复的影响

Effect of Fukang Capsule on Recevery of Inununological Function of Mice Damaged by Chemotherapy

目的:研究复康胶囊对化疗所致小鼠免疫功能损伤的恢复作用。方法:采用环磷酰胺制备免疫功能低下模型,测定药物对小鼠白细胞计数,免疫器官重量、脾细胞增殖反应,诱导体抗和IL-1产生的影响。结果:复康胶囊有升高小鼠白细胞,增加免疫器官重量,促进脾细胞增殖反应,诱导抗体和IL-1的产生。结论:复康胶囊能明显促进化疗损伤小鼠免疫功能的恢复。

Objective: To study the recovery effect of Fukang capsule on the immunological function damaged by chemotherapy in mouse. Method: The models of the animal immunological function damaged were prepared with cyclophosphamide. In the number of leucocyte, the weight of immnunity organs, the proliferation response of spleen cells and inducing production of the antibody and IL-1, the affects produced by Fukang capsule in mouse were determined. Results: Fukang capsule could raise Leucocyte, increase the weight of immunity organs, accelerate the proliferation response of spleen cell, and induce production of antibody and IL-2 in mouse. Conclusion: Fukang capsule can accelerate obviously recovering of immunological function damaged by chemotherapy in mice.
