摘要
目的:确定氟罗沙星注射液临床应用的安全性。方法:对氟罗沙星注射液进行急性毒性试验、体外溶血试验、血管刺激试验。结果:小鼠静脉注射和腹腔注射的最大耐受量皆为100mg·kg^(-1),为人用剂量(6.67mg·kg^(-1))的14.99倍;60min溶血率低于5%;氟罗沙星注射液连续给药3天,给药部位未见异常,病理检查局部血管无明显异常。结论:氟罗沙星注射液具有较好的血液相容性,无血管刺激性且毒性较低。
Objective: To define the safety of fleroxacin injection in clinical application. Method: The acute toxicity test, hemoly-sis test in vitro, and stimulating test to blood vessel were conducted for fleroxacin injection. Result: The both maximum tolerance dose of i. v. and i. p. in mice were 100 mg·kg-1, which was about 14.99 times of the dose in human. The rate of hemolysis was below 5% in the hemolysis test in vitro after 10 minutes. The vessel stimulation test showed that no abnormal phenomenon in the drug-given site was found in continuous fleroxacin injection for 3 days, similar to the compared group. Conclusion: Fleroxacin has no hemolytic and vessel irratating effects, it is low toxity, and safety in clinical application.
