摘要 目的:了解耐多药G^-杆菌的耐药特点及抗菌药物应用对策。方法:文献调研,分类总结。结果:耐多药G^-杆菌主要耐药机制是产生多种β-内酰胺酶,产不同β-内酰胺酶有不同抗菌药物应用对策。结论:掌握G^-杆菌的耐药特点及最新耐药动态,合理使用抗菌药物。 Objectives: To understand the multiple drug-resistant characteristics of gram-negative bacilli and the application of antibacterial drug. Methods: Literature was investigated, classified, and summarized. Results: The main drug-resistant mechanism of multiple drug-resistant gram-negative bacilli was to produce various β-lactamases. The different antibacterial drugs were used for in-hibing gram-negative bacilli to produce different β-lactamases. Conclusion: The drug-resistant characteristics of gram-negative bacilli and the newest dynamic state in drug-resistance should be held, the antibacterial drug should be used rationally.
