目的 总结显微外科技术治疗火器性外周神经伤的效果。 方法 采用 5种显微外科技术治疗火器性外周神经伤 314例。 结果 所治疗的战伤伤员 ,经 2年以上的随访 ,疗效良好。上肢神经移植优良率为 79 4% ;下肢神经移植的优良率为 62 6%。
