摘要 目的 探讨机体在碘缺乏和碘过多状态下,甲状腺形态结构和功能的改变。方法 利用碘缺乏病病区的低碘粮食喂养大鼠,同时饮用不同浓度加碘水,复制低、高碘动物模型,于20周后光镜下观察大鼠甲状腺形态结构改变,测定血清激素和甲状腺抗氧化能力。结果 碘过多可导致大鼠甲状腺肿大,但肿大程度明显低于碘缺乏。碘过多对大鼠血清T4、T3水平和甲状腺的抗氧化能力无明显影响。结论 碘过多虽能造成大鼠甲状腺形态结构发生改变,但由于甲状腺有很强的代偿功能,甲状腺的功能基本正常。 Objective To study the changes of morphology and antioxidizing ability of rat thyroid in iodine deficiency and iodine excess. Methods By feeding rats with food of iodine deficient area and water containing different lever of iodine, animal models of iodine deficient goiter and iodine excessive goiter were reproduced. After 20 weeks the morphology of thyroid was investigated under light microscope, and the level of thyroid hormones in the serum and antioxidizing ability were determined. Results Iodine excess can cause goiter, but the extent of goiter was significantly lower than that of iodine deficiency. Iodine excess had no significant effects on level of T4,T3 in the serum and the antioxidizing ability of thyroid. Conclusions Iodine excess may cause the morphological changes of rat thyroid, but the thyroid antioxidizing ability was almost normal because of its compensation.
