622例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉内窥镜手术的临床分析

The outcome of 622 cases by endoscopic sinus surgery of chronic sinusitis and nasal polypus

目的探讨鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的疗效及影响疗效的相关因素。方法对1995～2000年完成随访的622例慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉内窥镜手术进行临床分析。其中Ⅱ型508例:1期107例,2期304例,3期97例;Ⅲ型114例。术后随访6～12个月,平均8个月。结果治愈率Ⅱ型:1期95.3%,2期84.9%,3期75.3%;Ⅲ型61.4%。差异有显著性(p<0.05)。手术并发症发生率2.9%。结论鼻内窥镜手术是治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的有效疗法,疗效与临床分型分期密切相关。

Purpose To evaluate the curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS) for chronic sinusitis and nasal polypus. Methods 622 cases with chronic sinusitis and nasal polypus having undergone ESS from 1995 - 2000 were analyzed according to the standard criteria (Chinese ENT Association, 1997) .There were 508 cases of type Ⅱ and 114 cases of type Ⅲ .Long- term fallow- up was performed from 6 to 12 months (mean = 8 months). Results The results show that cure rate was 85.2% for tape Ⅱ and 61.4% for tape Ⅲ.There was significant difference in cure rate between different types (p < 0.05) .Complication of ESS in 622 cases occurred in 2.9%. Conclusion ESS is an efficient and safe way of treating chronic sinusitis and nasal polypus.the curative effect is directly related to the types of disease.
