碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在内耳中的研究进展

摘要 碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)是成纤维细胞生长因子(fibroblast growth factor,FGF)家族的一员。在各种动物的各种组织内有广泛的分布,具有促进细胞分裂和组织生长、保护细胞免受损伤等重要的生物学作用,而且其靶细胞范围也非常广泛。目前各种原因造成的感音神经性聋,尚无理想的治疗和保护方法,生长因子的发现为最终解决这一难题带来了新的希望。已证明碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)对耳毒性或噪声损伤后的耳蜗毛细胞具有保护作用。在体外能促进多种中枢及外周神经元的存活及突起生长。
