摘要
纳米控释系统作为药物、基因传递和控释的载体 ,由于它的超微小体积 ,使其具有特殊的重要性。纳米粒子能穿透组织间隙和被细胞吸收 ,可在组织和细胞内驻留并长期释放药物 ,因此可用于许多特殊给药方式 ,如可用于介入方法导入血管内 ,可穿越血脑屏障导入脑内 ,口服后可被肠粘膜吸收并驻留在肠壁内 ,静脉注射可导向靶细胞 ,可将 DNA导入细胞浆质内。本文重点论述了纳米控释系统在药物和基因载体方面的应用 。
As a new drug and gene delivery carrier,nanoparticles possess several advantages for their subcellular size.These advantages include targeted surfaces,uptake by the cells after crossing the tissue matrix,an easy penetration into the arterial wall without causing trauma,the ability to cross the blood brain barrier,and carrying DNA into plasma.Here,we focus on present applications of nanoparticles as a kind of carrier of durg and gene delivery and then put forward prospests.
