肿瘤坏死因子在人膜增生性肾小球肾炎中的表达

EXPRESSION AND FUNCTION OF TNF-α IN MEMBRANOPROLIFERATIVE GLOMERULONEPHRITIS

目的 :探讨肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF -α)在人膜增生性肾小球肾炎发病中的作用。方法 :采用病理组织学及免疫组织化学SABC法对 2 0例人膜增生性肾小球肾炎进行染色观察。结果 :TNF -α蛋白在肾组织内表达增加 ,阳性反应见于肾小管上皮细胞和肾小球内 ,以肾近曲小管上皮细胞阳性最明显 ,与正常组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,肾小球内呈程度不等的弱阳性 ,但与正常组相比无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,远曲小管阳性反应不明显。结论 :TNF

Objective:To determine the role of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) in the development of human memranoproliferative glomerulonephritis. Method:Histopathological (HE,PAS,PASM) analysis and immuno histochemical method were used to evaluate the change and expression of TNF-α in 2 cases of humnan membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis.Results:The results showed that TNF-α positive reaction was found in glumeruli and renal tubles,especially in renal tubles.The expression of TNF-α protein in renal tubles was much higher than that of control group( P <0.01).Conclusions:Increased expression of TNF-α may play an important role in the pathological accumulation of extracellular matrix and renal interstitial fibrosis in mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis.
