东菱克栓酶对脑梗死特异性烯醇化酶、内皮素及降钙素基因相关肽的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨东菱克栓酶与急性脑梗死 (ACI)患者特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)、血浆内皮素 (ET)、降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)的关系。方法 :采用放免法测定脑梗死常规治疗组、东菱克检酶治疗组血浆ET ,CGRP水平 ,采用ELASA法测血清NSE水平。结果 :东菱克栓酶组NSE ,ET值显著低于ACI常规治疗组 ,该组CGRP值显著高于ACI常规治疗组。结论 :东菱克栓酶能降低血清酶活性 ,调节内皮素 /降钙素基因相关肽 (ET/CGRP)之间的平衡 ,说明东菱克栓酶有扩脑动脉效应以拮抗内皮素、改善脑缺血、缺氧 ,从而起到保护脑细胞与血管内皮细胞的作用。 Objective:To investigate the relationship among DF-521 and neuron-specicenolase (NSE),endothelin (ET)?calcitonin gene related piptide (CGRP) in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Method:Plasma levels of ET and CGRP were measured by radioimmunoassay,and plasma levels of NSE were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results:Plasma levels of NSE?ET in DF-521 therapy group were significantly lower than those in ACI routine therapy group,and serum level of CGRP in DF-521 group was significantly higher than those in routine therapy group.Conclusions:DF-521 can decrease serum enzyme activity,accommodate the equilibration between ET and CGRP.It means that DF-521 can dilate cerebral arteries and antagonize ET,ameliorate cerebral ischemia and hypoxia,and thus DF-521 may play an important role in protecting brain cell and blood vessel endothelial cell.
