幽门螺杆菌感染与胃癌关系的探讨

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HELICOBACTER PYLORI INFECTION AND GASTRIC CARCINOMA

目的研究幽门螺杆菌 (Helicobacterpylori,Hp)感染与胃癌的关系。方法 :对经胃镜检查及病理学活检确诊的 182例胃癌的Hp检测资料进行统计、分析。结果 :Hp感染与胃癌发生年龄无关 ,各年龄组间Hp感染率比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,Hp感染与胃癌病变部位有一定关系 ,胃窦癌与贲门癌间Hp感染率比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,Hp感染与胃癌病理类型无关 ,胃癌各病理类型间Hp感染率比较 ,差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :Hp感染与胃癌的发生有一定的相关性。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection and gastric carcinoma. Method:Data of 182 paients with gastric carcinoma including age,sex,endoscopic resluts,pathologic tests and Hp infection were collected and analyzed.Results:Hp infection was associated with position of gastric carcinoma,but not with the age and pathologic types.The positive rates of Hp infection in gastric sinus carcinoma were significantly higer than those in gastric cardia carcinoma ( P <0.05).Conclusions:Hp infection is associated with the pathogenesis of gastric carcinoma.
