摘要 采用近红外光谱仪进行脑功能监测是近几年发展起来的一个研究热点。本文对近红外光谱仪在心血管外科中的应用进行综述 ,并对其他脑功能监测手段进行比较 。 Over the past years the area of NIRS applied in monitoring cerebral function has flourished.It's application in cardiopulmonary surgery,compared with other methods for monitoring of cerebral function and the prospect for it's clinical aplication haev been discussed in this article.
