脐血HLA-B15组血清学与DNA定型方法的比较研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的　探讨血清学方法对脐血HLA B1 5特异性组分型存在的误差 ,及应用PCR SSP方法分型的可行性。方法　分别采用微量淋巴细胞毒实验和PCR SSP方法对 1 37份脐血做分型对比研究。结果　DNA分型成功率 1 0 0 % ,特异性、敏感性好 ,血清学对B1 5组分型总误差 1 5 % ,主要发生在B62、B75、B1 51 1 / 1 50 8/ 4
