摘要
目的 观察N 乙酰半胱氨酸 (NAC)对体外循环血清诱导的中性粒细胞 培养血管内皮细胞(PMN EC)粘附的影响。方法 本实验采用PMN EC粘附模型 ,以体外循环血清致伤培养血管内皮细胞 ,及NAC处理 ,计数PMN EC粘附率。结果 体外循环前血清孵育内皮细胞 ,PMN EC粘附率为 (8.9± 1 .9) % ,体外循环血清孵育内皮细胞 ,PMN EC粘附率上升为 (32 .4± 4 .3) % ,体外循环血清加入 0 .0 1、0 .1、1、1 0mmol/LNAC时 ,PMN EC粘附率分别降低至 (30 .5± 4 .7) %、(2 9.3± 2 .6) %、(2 1 .6± 3 .7) %、(1 3± 1 .8) %。结论 体外循环血清增加了培养血管内皮细胞对中性粒细胞的粘附能力 。
Objective To investigate the effect of N acetyl L cysteine (NAC) on polymorphonuclear leukocyte adherence to cultured endothelial cells induced by CPB serum.?Methods PMN EC adherence was detected after cultured endothelial cells were induced by pre CPB serum,CPB serum and NAC in vitro.?Results PMN EC adhesion rates increased from (8.9±1.9)% to (32.4±4.3)% after CPB serum treatment.When NAC was add to CPB serum at concentration of 0.01,0.1,1,10mmol/L, PMN EC adhesion rates significantly decreased to (30.5±4.7)%,(29.3±2.6)%,(21.6±3.7)% and(13±1.8)%.?Conclusion These data indicate that NAC could attenuate polymorphonuclear leukocyte adherence to cultured endothelial cells induced by CPB serum.
