立体定向适形放射治疗肺癌近期疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨立体定向适形放射治疗肺癌的近期反应和治疗效果。方法 将100例肺癌病人随机分为2组:立体定向适形放疗组50例,常规放疗组50例。并对2组进行近期反应和治疗效果的比较。结果 治疗2个月后开始复查,立体定向组肿瘤完全消失者25例,肿瘤缩小24例,局部控制49例,局控率为98%(49/50);常规放疗组肿瘤完全消失者18例,肿瘤缩小25例,局部控制43例,局控率为86%(43/50)。两组对照P<0.05,有显著差异;在近期不良反应方面,适形放疗组发生放射性肺炎11例,常规放疗组19例,适形放疗组明显低于常规放疗组,两组对照P<0.05。结论 立体定向适形放疗与常规放疗比较有治疗精度高,单次剂量大,靶区剂量集中,正常肺组织受量少,不良反应轻等优点,能显著提高局部控制率。综合效果明显优于常规放疗组。 Objective To discuss the short-term response and therapy efficacy of lung cancer with stereo-orientation radiotherapy.Methods Random 100 patients with lung cancer were divided into two groups.Among the patients 50 were used stereo-orientation radiotherapy,the others with routine radiotherapy.Short-term response and therapy efficacy between two groups were compared. Results All the patients were reexamined after 2 months, 25 patients' tumors were disappear,24 patients' tumors were shrink,local control rate was 98% in the stereo-orientation group.In routine radiotherapy group,18 patients' tumors were disappcar,25 patients' tumors were shrink,local control rate was 86%.There was a significant difference between two groups.The side rection induced was more in later than in former.Conclusion The stereo-orientation radiotherapy has higher accuracy than that in the routine radiotherapy.Single dose has larger and more concentration in target region relatively.The normal lung tissue receives less dose and the side reaction is lighter.It could increase local control rate, and it is more effective than routine radiotherapy group.
