高效液相色谱法测定棉根皮中棉酚含量

Dtermination of Gossypol in Cotton Root Bark by HPLC

目的 :建立棉根皮中主要有效成分棉酚的含量测定方法。方法 :丙酮超声提取 ,C18柱 ,乙腈 0 .2 %磷酸水 (85∶15 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 35nm。结果 :平均回收率 97.6 % ,RSD为 1.5 9% (n =5 )。结论 :此方法适用于棉根皮中棉酚的含量测定 ,并测定了 3种棉根皮中棉酚含量。

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of gossypol in cotton root bark. Method: Samples were extracted with acetone, and determined on a C 18 column with the mobile phase (Acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid, 85∶15) and UV-235nm detector. Result: The recovery rate was 97.6%, RSD 1.59%( n =5). Conclusion: This method can be used for the determination of gossypol in cotton root bark and the content of gossypol in three different species has been determined.
