维C银翘片中维生素C含量的中红外漫反射光谱技术定量分析研究

Determination of Vitamin C in the Vc Yinqiao Tablet by Diffuse Reflectance FTIR

目的 :建立维C银翘片中维生素C的含量的检测方法。方法 :采用中红外漫反射定量分析技术 ,测定了维C银翘片中维生素C的含量。结果 :可直接测定出样品中维生素C的含量 ,且吸收度与维生素C的浓度成良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率为 98.6 9% ,RSD为 0 .33%。结论 :本方法简便、准确、可靠 ,可用于维C银翘片中维生素C的含量测定。

Objective: To establish a method to determine Vitamin C in the Vc Yinqiao Tablets. Method: Diffuse Reflectance in FTIR was used to determination of Vitamin C in the Vc Yinqiao tablets.Result: The content of Vitamin C could be obtained directly,and the relationship between the absorbance and the concen tration was linear. The average recovery rate of Vitamin C was 98.69%, and RSD was 0.33%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, which may well be used for the determination of Vitamin C in the Vc Yinqiao Tablet.
