薄层扫描法测定养心氏片中黄芪甲苷的含量

Quantitative determination of astragaloside A in Yangxinshi tablets by TLC scanning

目的 :测定养心氏片中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法 :采用薄层扫描法。结果 :平均加样回收率为 10 0 .47% ,RSD =1.5 5 % ,3批样品中黄芪甲苷含量的平均值为 0 .0 44mg/片。 结论 :方法简便、快速、灵敏度高 ,可用于该品的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To determine the content of Astragaloside A in Yangxinshi tablets.METHODS Using the method of TLC scanning.RESULTS The average recovery of Astragaloside A was 100.47% ,and RSD= 1.55% .The average content of the Astragaloside A in three groups of samples was 0.044 mg/tablet.CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,rapid and reproducible.It showed that TLC scanning is a good method for control the quality of Yangxinshi tablets.
