摘要
目的 :采用薄层扫描法测定爽咽茶中绿原酸的含量。方法 :选用高效硅胶G薄层板 ,以醋酸乙酯 丙酮 甲酸 水 (5∶1∶1∶1)为展开剂 ,在紫外光灯 (36 5nm)下定位 ,在λS=330nm ,λr=2 0 5nm条件下进行双波长反射式锯齿形扫描。结果 :绿原酸在 1.0 7~ 5 .34 μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .9996 ;平均回收率为 97.6 % ,RSD =2 .33% (n =5 )。结论 :此方法操作简便、快捷、准确 ,专属性强 ,重现性好 ,可用于该产品的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To use thin layer method to determine the content of chlorogenic acid in shuangyancha .METHODS Under the condition that λ s=330 nm,λ r=205 nm,we choose the silica gel G board and the dosage of acetic ester acetone formicacid water (5∶1∶1∶1) to locate it in the X ray light and to scan it zigzagly by the means of double wave length reflection.RESULTS Chlorogenic acid takes on better linear relations with the intergration proportion of frontal surface when it varies in the range from 1.07 ~ 5.34 μg, r = 0.9996 ,and the average proporation of recycling is 97.6% ,RSD= 2.33% (n=5).CONCLUSION The method is very easy, convenient and accurate to operate,and it is very strong in exclusion and reappearance,it can be used for the quality control standard of the very product.
