益气活血药对缺血性脑损伤后的神经细胞保护作用

The Nerve Protection of the Medicine Which Reinforces Qi and Promoted Blood Flowon Ischemic Brain Injury

概述近十余年来益气活血药抗缺血性脑损伤的实验研究,从胶质细胞反应、神经营养因子分泌、兴奋性氨基酸(EAA)的毒性、细胞内Ca^(2+)超负荷、一氧化氮的调节、氧自由基损伤等方面阐述其对脑缺血损伤后的神经保护作用,说明益气活血药对预防和治疗脑缺血有积极的意义。

Experimental researches were summarized on anti - ischemic brain injury action on medicine which reinforced qi and promoted blood flow' in these ten years. Nerve protection was exponded from gliocyte action, the secretion of nerve tropic factor , the toxie action and excitatory amino acid (EAA) and Ca overloading of intracellular and the regulation of nitric oxide and oxygen free radical. It showed that the medicine had an active meaning in protection and treatment of ischemic brain , which reinforced qi and promoted blood flow.
