摘要 食品工业和水产加工业的洗涤水中含有较多可溶性蛋白,过去都作废水排掉,既污染环境又带来经济上的损失。为此,许多国家致力于从废水中回收蛋白质有效方法的研究。据报道蛋白质的回收方法有:(1)
