属性识别理论模型是近年来提出的数字模型，它 已在环境质量评价中有所应用。现将该模型引用城市总体环境质量评价中，提出了运用二级 评 判来综合评价城市总体环境质量，经实例分析表明此方法比其他方法方便合理，为城市总体 环境质量综合评价提供了一种新方法。

Attribute recognition theoretical model is a mathe matical model which is put forward in recent years.The two－step evaluation of a ttribute recognition theoretical model is proposed that can be applied to urban total environmental quality assessment.It is shown with an example that the method is more reasonable and practical than that of two step of fuzzy comprehensive asse ssment.When they are used for urban total environmental quality assessment and i t proposes a new method for urban total environmental quality comprehensive asse ssment.
