复方龙眼参注射液对小鼠造血功能的影响

Influences of Fufang Longyanshen injection on hematopoietic system in mice

目的 :观察复方龙眼参注射液对小鼠造血功能的影响。方法 :应用实验动物模型 ,研究复方龙眼参注射液对失血性贫血、化学损伤性贫血和辐射性贫血的小鼠的治疗效果。结果 :复方龙眼参注射液使失血性贫血、化学损伤性贫血、辐射性贫血的小鼠Hb、WBC及RBC显著增加。结论 :复方龙眼参注射液有明显的抗贫血作用和升高白细胞作用 ,对造血功能的恢复有促进作用。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Fufang Longyanshen injection on hematopoietic system in mice.METHODS A model of experimental animal was applied to research the effect of Fufang Longyanshen injection on hemorrhagic anemia, chemical damage anemia and radiation damage anemia in mice.RESULTS Fufang Longyanshen injection was increased evidently Hb, WBC and RBC in mice.CONCLUSIONS Fufang Longyanshen injection has obvious antianemic effect and increasing leukocytes effect, it also has promoting bone marrow hematopoietic effect.
