流动注射分析测定注射用阿洛西林钠的含量

Determination of azlocillin sodium for injection by FIA

目的 :为注射用阿洛西林钠建立一种简便快速的分析方法。方法 :采用流动注射分光光度法测定其含量 ,检测波长480nm。结果 :阿洛西林在 2～ 10mg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 99.3% ,RSD为 0 .9% ,进样频率 12 0样·h-1。结论 :本法简便快速 ,结果可靠 ,适用于该制剂的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish a simple and accurate method for azlocillin sodium for injection.METHODS The contents of azlocillin sodium for injection was determined by FIA.RESULTS The linear range was 2～10 mg·ml -1 ,the average recovery was 99.3% ,RSD was 1.0% .The sampling rate was 120 samples·h -1 .CONCLUSIONS The method is simple,rapid and reliable.It is suitable for the analysis of this preparation.
