低分子肝素微囊的制备及其缓释性

Study on preparation of low molecular weight heparin microcapsule and its sustained release property

目的 :研制低分子肝素缓释微囊。方法 :以乙基纤维素为囊材 ,正交实验设计优选制备工艺 ,用液中干燥法制备低分子肝素微囊 ,以光学显微镜观察其形态及大小分布 ,体外溶出试验研究其缓释性。结果 :所得微囊颗粒圆整 ,粒径在 10 0～ 80 0μm ,载药量为5 6 .3% ,8h累积释放百分率为 86 .6 %。结论 :所制得微囊具有良好的缓释效果 ,有良好的应用开发前景。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the preparation of low molecular weight heparin sustained release microcapsule(L M).METHODS L M was prepared through intra liquid desiccation and the preparing technology of L M was studied with the orthogonal design,the conformation and size distribution were analysed with microscope,the sustained release behavior was determined in vitro.RESULTS L M had a globular conformation of 100 and 800 μm with drug content of 56.3% .The accumulated release ratio at 8 h was 86.6% .CONCLUSIONS The sustained release behavior of L M was remarkable and L M would have a good exploitation and application.
