摘要 顿服负荷量普罗帕酮已被推荐为转复新近发生的心房颤动的一线用药方法 。 Oral loading dose of propafenone has been recommended as a first line treatment for recent onset artrial fibrillation.The efficacy and safety of this regimen are reviewed in this paper.
