摘要
在地方实行城镇职工社会医疗保险等多项改革的新形势下 ,军队医院的管理、建设和发展受到了比较大的冲击和影响。我院党委以超前的意识 ,以积极主动的姿态去迎接挑战 ;并在实践中抓住机遇 ,改革创新 ,加强管理 ,突出特色 ,改善就医条件 ,提高服务质量 。
The management, construction and development of military hospitals are interfered greatly under the situation of newly carrying out of social medical insurance reforms. The Party committee of our hospital confront the challenges with the active attitude and advanced consciousness, and make great progresses in the infrastructure of our hospital by capture of challenges, reforms, creativeness, reinforcement of management, strengthening of features, improvement of medical care conditions and quality of services.
