为探讨门诊工作的管理 ,本文阐述了通过设立门诊值班主任 ,对加强门诊管理 ,维护正常工作秩序 ,提高医疗服务水平起到重要作用 ;
To discuss the management of outpatient service, the author illustrated the method of establishing system of chief on duty in outpatient service. It plays an important role in strengthening outpatient service management. It can keep normal work more orderly and improve the medicine service standard.
