摘要
本文在探讨我国护理人员学历层次、编制情况的基础上 ,分析了医院护理人员信息需求的现状、特点及其影响因素。对如何强化护理人员信息意识、提高护理人员获取信息情报的能力 ,以更好地适应 2 1世纪的护理需要 。
Based on the nurse education levels and the personal schedule in our country, the author analyses the situation, the character and the influencing factors of the information demand for the nurses, and brought forward the viewpoints as how to strengthen the conciousness of the nurses for the information, increase the ability to access the information and how to adapt the demands in 21 century.
