在市场经济条件下 ,医院院务保障中改扩建项目品种增多 ,任务繁重 ,医院在这方面应重视其改扩建项目前期的可行性研究 ,了解其自身的特点、内容、方法步骤 ,以使所立项目具备科学性、公正性、客观性 ,为医院决策层提供依据 ,克服其盲目性、随意性、不切实际、不注重质量和暗箱操作。

Under the circumstances of market economy, the rebuilding and expanding projects in the hospitals' logistics support are gradually increasing. Meanwhile, the importance has to be attached to the feasibility investigation of the projects, and understanding must be obtained as to their characteristics, contents, approaches and processes in order to ensure the scientificity, impartiality and objectivity of the decision on each project, to overcome blindness, arbitrariness, impracticality, negligence of quality, and to avoid such malpractices as covert transaction and illegal gain hunting.
