武警南、北方地域籍男战士、学员心肺机能差异的研究

The study of the heart and lung's functional difference in CPAPF between male soldiers and students from the South and the North

目的 :研究武警南、北方地域籍男战士、学员心肺机能的差异 ,以期为部队选兵、体质评价以及指导训练提供基础资料。方法 :将Vo2 max、PWC1 70 和台阶指数作为心肺机能的三项评价指标 ,作因子分析 ,确定权重系数 ,进行T标准分处理 ,计算“机能分”。按南、北方地域籍进行分类比较。结果 :南方籍男战士、学员机能分为 49 60± 1 1 8,北方籍为 50 1 7± 1 1 7;南方低于北方 ,经u检验P <0 0 1 ,差异显著。结论 :不同地域籍男战士、学员心肺机能的差异是由于不同地域籍男战士。

Objective:To study the heart and lung's functional difference of Chinese People's Armed Police Forces(CPAPF)between male soldiers and students from the south and the North,so as to provide elementary bases for recruiting soldiers,evaluating the physicalcondition and advising training program.Methods:Use Vo\-2max?PWC\-\{170\}and stage index as the three measuring standards of the heart and the lung's function,factor analysis is used to determine the weighting coefficient,and transfer them to T standard score to get'function score',then compare the'function score'between the South and the North.Results:The'function score'of the soldiers and the students from the South is 49 60±1 18,While the North is 50 17±1 17,higher than the South.There are significant difference by u test.Conclusion:The functional difference between the soldiers and the students from different native places results from the variation of the shape of the growth and development.
