摘要
子宫颈癌的手术和放射治疗取得很大成功 ,但仍有部分患者治疗失败。为进一步提高治疗效果 ,人们在综合治疗方面做了大量探讨 ,许多研究表明 ,某些化疗药物可以增加放疗敏感性 ,从而缩小或消灭局部病灶 ,以利手术切除 ,改善患者生存质量。
The operation and radiotherapy of uterine cervix carcinoma have obtained great successfully and but a little patients failed. There were many discussions on the aspect of complex treatment to improve the curative effect. Many studies showed that some chemotherapy drug could increase the sensitivity of radiotherapy so that to reduce or terminate the local lesion for benefit to resection via operation and improve the quality of patient's suvival.
