Clinical and Pathological Analysis of Reservation of Ovary in Gynecological Operation

目的 探讨妇科手术中卵巢保留与否对术后病人疾病预后、生理功能的影响。方法 选择 10 0例妇科良性疾患行预防性卵巢切除 12 2个 ,回顾性分析其病理资料。结果 切除的 12 2个卵巢中有各类病理变化 10 7个 ,15个属正常卵巢 ;4 8个卵巢增大 ,74个正常大小。结论 预防性切除卵巢基本上被否定 。

Objective To discuss the affection in prognosis and biological function after operation whether to reserve the ovary. Methods 100 cases of benign gynecological disease were underwent resection of 122 ovaries. The pathological data was analyzed retrospectively. Results The resected ovaries had varied pathological changes in 107, normal ovaries in 15, enlarged ovaries in 48 and normal size ovaries in 74. Conclusion The predictive resection of ovary was negated essentially. The indication of resection of ovary should be predominated strictly during operation.
