摘要
本工作首次研究了电场电压、进料流量及孔板结构与静电式准液膜“破裂”和“溶胀”的关系。结果表明:静电式准液膜的“破裂”和“溶胀”程度与电场电压或进料流量成同向变化关系,孔板结构则是决定静电式准液膜“破裂”和“溶胀”程度的关键因素。
Various factors affecting“swelling”and“breakage”behaviors ofelectrostatic pseudo liquid membrane (ESPLIM) were studied.The exper-imental results have shown that the configuration of baffle plate is themajor parameter affecting“swelling”and“breakage”rate of ESPLIM,Besides,“swelling”rate and“breakage”rate of ESPLIM increase withapplied voltage and flow rate of feed or stripping solution.Experiments have also indicated that both“swelling”and“breakage”rates of ESPLIM are much lower than that of liquid surfactant membrane.
