增强聚砜酰胺反渗透膜及其改性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文选用聚砜酰胺(PSA)为膜材料,以工业化生产为目标,进行了增强PSA反渗透膜成膜工艺的实验室系统研究,这包括配方,增强方法和成膜过程工艺条件控制等的探讨。针对该膜通量较低的问题,对PSA 进行了化学改性,初步的改性表明,该膜仍有进一步改进的潜力。在小试基础上进行了连续制备400 mm 宽的膜的初步放大试验,证实了放大工艺的可能性。 Polysnlfone amide (PSA) has been chosen as membrane material inthis study,because it has superior properties for making membrane.Weconsnlted previous laboratory studies and have modified PSA membraneschemically.Meanwhile the formula and technological parameters formembrane making were also improved to suit the demand of industrialproduction,A 40 cm wide membrane was manufactured continuously andsnccessfully.The membrane produced has a good chemical stability,butthe flux is lower than that of conventional CA membrane.There is stilla potential for further flux improvement by chemical modification.
