摘要
本文对膜蒸馏法浓缩热敏性物质古龙酸水溶液的可行性及工艺特性进行了研究。根据过程机理对实验结果进行了分析讨论。两侧的膜面温度下溶液的水蒸汽压差是过程的推动力。流动条件影响膜面温度从而对过程有重要影响。提高过程热效率是应该注意的重要问题。
The feasibility of the concentration of α-Keto-α-Gulonic Acid solutionby membrane distillation is studied.The experiment results are analysedaccording to the proposed heat and mass transfer mechanism.The drivingforce is the vapor pressure difference caused by the temperature differencebetween the two surfaces of the hydrophobic microporous membrane.Flowconditions,have influence on the membrane surface temperature,so that itgreatly affect the transfer process.How to raise heat efficiency should bepayed attention to.
