摘要
本文依据离子交换柱达到穿透点时,其全部出水中离子平均浓度■远小于最大允许浓度C_B,通过理论论述和实例论证说明:离子交换能够直接继续进行,直至■≤C_B,交换才结束或交换出水才分开引出,这样就相对提高了树脂工作交换能力,相应降低了设备投资费和运行费。定义此时树脂的交换能力为准工作交换能力。
When ion exchange gets to leak-point,an ionic average concentration■ in all water exchanged is much less than the permissible concentration(C_B).The results which were led to by theories and an example indicatedthat ion exchange can go on directly.Exchange ends or the water exchangedis sperately drawn out until ■ is near or equal to C_B.So that,the workingexchange capability of resins is risen,the cost of installation and operationgo down.The exchange capability of resins at the moment is defined asthe accurate working exchange capability.
