摘要
采用“三膜”(电渗析、超滤、反渗透)组合技术从海带浸泡液中提取甘露醇已成功地进行了中试研究。本文着重叙述了卷式超滤组件和装置在提取甘露醇中的应用并讨论了工艺流程、运行结果、组件内膜的选择和清洗再生方法。
The Combination technology which adopts“three membrane techneques”,
electrodialysis,ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis membrane,has obtained
successiful results in making mannitol from laminaria japanica solution.
This paper described the structure and performance of spiral-wound ultra-
filtration modules and equipment as well as the technological process,ope-
ration results,choice of membranes within the module,and method of cle-
aning and regeneration of the membrane.
