并联多效多级闪蒸流程的理论研究

STUDY OF THE PROCESS OF PARALLEL MULTI-EFFECT MULTI-STAGE FLASHING (MEMSF-P)

本文提出了一种新的多级闪蒸流程——并联多效多级闪蒸流程,并通过理论分析说明:并联多效多级闪蒸与串联多效多级闪蒸相比,可以有效地降低循环量,减少电力消耗;可以有效地减小传热面积,降低设备成本;同时可使造水比有所提高,降低冷却水用量和蒸汽耗量。

The paper presented a new process of multi-stage flashing (MSF)—MEMSF-P.In theoretical analysis,a conclusion was reached:in comparisonof MEMSF-P with MEMSF-S (series MEMSF).MEMSF-P tended to cutdown the circulation flow and heat transfer area,that in turn would reducepower consumption and equipment cost.Meanwhile it would increase thedistillation gain/steam ratio,and cut down the consumption of cooling waterand steam.
