活性氧影响血管损伤后修复 被引量:4

摘要 血管损伤会引起血管平滑肌细胞和血管内皮细胞内活性氧含量的增加,活性氧通过直接作用细胞膜和胞内重要蛋白,引起细胞功能的改变,或者通过影响胞内第二信使如Ca2+,1,3-二磷酸甘油酸的形成或本身作为第二信使,介导胞外刺激引起的信号传递,调节核内特异的基因表达,诱导血管平滑肌细胞和内皮细胞快速增殖,促进血管损伤后修复。
