摘要
目的分析影响护理人员情绪状态的各因素,以期提高护理质量。方法采用自评式问卷调查的方式对103位护理人员抑郁程度(SDS)进行调查,同时对其所在科室的住院病人发放336张护理工作满意度反馈调查表,分析其二者之间的相关性。结果76.3%的护理人员处于程度不同的抑郁状态,并与护理质量呈高度相关。结论护理管理部门应采取工作轮转制,缓解工作压力;护理人员应加强自我身心的放松调节,以期达到提高护理质量的目的。
Objective To analyze factors affecting nursing staffs' mental state to improve nursing quality.Method Using self questionnaire method,severity of depression was evaluated in 103 subjects.At the same time,336 pieces of feedback tables investigating nursing content were sent out to study the relativity between factors affecting nursing staffs' mental state and nursing quality.Result 76.3% nursing staffs had different level of depression which was highly correlated with nursing quality.Conclusion Work shifting principle should be employed in nursing organizations to relieve work load.Self psychosomatic relaxing should be focused for nursing staffs to improve nursing quality.
