中老年人脾肾虚证的实质研究

Study on Essence of Deficiency Syndromes of Spleen and Kidney in Middle-aged and Elderly People

采用前瞻性设计方案 ,对 773例中老年人进行脾肾虚证实质研究。结果发现 ,中老年人肾虚证者 ,男性性激素的变化趋势是 T、T/E2 显著降低 ,E2 显著增高 ;女性性激素的变化趋势是 T显著增高 ,E2 、T/E2 显著降低 ;中老年人肾虚证者 CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8绝对值显著降低 ,血压显著升高。说明脾虚证与性激素、T细胞亚群、血压变化无密切关系 ,从脾虚证到肾虚证是一个逐渐发展恶化的病理过程 ,是有层次性的 ,符合中医“脾虚及肾”

Prospective design method was used to study the essence of deficiency syndromes of spleen and kidney in 773 cases of middle aged and elderly people.The results showed that the change tendency of male sex hormone was obvious decrease of T and T/E\-2,increase of E\-2;while that of female was obvious increase T,decrease of E\-2 and T/E\-2;and the absolute values of CD\-4,CD\-8,CD\-4/CD\-8 were obviously decreased,blood pressure increased in the syndrome of kidney deficiency in middle aged and elderly people.It indicates that the syndrome of spleen deficiency is not closely related to the changes of sex hormones,T cell subsets and blood pressure.The changes from syndrome of spleen deficiency to kidney deficiency are the gradually deteriorating pathological procedure,which accords with TCM theory of spleen deficiency effecting on kidney.\;
