摘要
为建立虎奶菇质量控制体系 ,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取 ,GC-MS-DS测定虎奶菇挥发油成分的化学组成及含量 ,结果表明检出的 2 2种化合物中 ,共分为 6种类型 ,分别是脂肪酸、芳香族、菲烷类、二萜烯类、杂环类和萘烷 ;主要化合物是十五碳酸、十碳酸、3 -甲氧基 -5、7-二氯 -二苯基醚和 2 ,6-二 (1,1-二甲基乙基 ) -4 -甲基 -苯酚。
To establish the system of quality control of Pleurotus Tuber regium Sing.(PTS),the essential oil was extracted from PTS by steam distillation and its chemical components were analyzed by GC MS DS.The result shows that 22 identified compounds are divided into 6 categories (fatty acids,aromatics,phenanthrane,diterpenes,heterocyclics,naphthalane),and the main compounds are fifteen and ten carbon atoms,3 methoxy 5,7 dimechlorine diphenyl ether and 2,6 bis (1,1 dimemethylethyl) 4 methyl phenol.
