藏药久美70味松石丸对实验性大鼠肝硬化的影响

The Preventive and Therapeutic Action of Jiumei Seventy Turquoise Pill (JSTP) On the Experimental Rats with Cirrhosis

久美７０味松石丸（０．６、０．３、０．１５ｇ／ｋｇ，ｉｇ）能明显降低肝硬化ＳＤ大鼠肝组织羟脯氨酸、肝胶原蛋白含量；明显降低血清总胆固醇、血清甘油三酯、血清谷丙氨酸转氨酶、血清谷草氨酸转氨酶水平；明显提高血糖水平。

JSTP (0.6, 0.3, 0.15g/kg, ig) could decrease the contents of hydroxyproline, collagen, Tch, TG, AST and ALT and increase the level of GIU in the experimental rats with cirrhosis. The results indicated that JSTP had protective and therapeutic actions on exper- imental rats with cirrhosis.
