摘要
洪林—６汤先用乙醚脱脂，再用甲醇提取，在硅胶ＨＦ２５４板上，以氯仿—甲醇—氨（１７∶３∶０．２）为展 开剂，分离出栀子甙后，在２３８ｎｍ处测定了栀子甙的含量。测定结果准确，精密度较高。
The content of gardenoside in Honglin -5 decoction was determined by TLC - UV. honglin -5 de- coction was degreased by ethyl ether at first, and then extracted by methyl alcohol. Gardenoside in Honglin -5 decoction was separated on silica gel HF254 board, using chloroform: methyl alcohol: ammonia water (17: 3: 0.2) as fluent phase. The content of gardenoside was determined at 238nm. The results were accurate.
