摘要
目的:研究红外线、红光单独照射及联合照射对荷瘤小鼠免疫功能及肿瘤生长的影响。材料与方法:红外线:波长2.5~5.0mm、强度0.06W/cm2;红光:波长628mm、强度500LX/cm2;分别采用红外线、红光及二者联用照射H22肿瘤小鼠,观察外周血T淋巴细胞转化率、RBC-CR1花环率、RBC-IC花环率及抑瘤率。结果:单纯红光照射不能提高荷瘤鼠的免疫功能;红外线照射可提高荷瘤鼠T淋巴细胞转化率、RBC-CR1花环率,与肿瘤对照组比较P<0.05;二者联用可提高淋转率、RBC-CR1花环率,与红外线组比较P<0.05,瘤重低于对照组。结论:红外线照射可提高荷瘤鼠的免疫功能;红光红外线联用可提高荷瘤鼠的免疫功能,优于单纯红外线照射,并抑制肿瘤生长。
Purpose:To comparatively study the effects of infrared rays(IR)and red light (RL)on immunity and tumor-inhibition in mice with tumor.Material and Methods:IR:wavelength2.5~5.0mm,intensity0.06W/cm 2 .RL:wavelength628mm,intensity500LX/cm 2 .The mice with tumor were radiated by IR,RL and IR combined with RL separately.The T lymphocyte transforma -tion(LT)rate,immunologic functions of RBC and the weight of tumor were measured.Results:The results showed that the rate of LT,rosettes forming rate of RBC-CR1after radiated with single RL did not vary.The rate of LT,RBC-CR1after radiated with single IR significantly increased in comparison with tumor control(P<0.05),and RL combined with IR increased the rate of LT,RBC-CR in comparison with single IR(P<0.05);The weight of tumor decreased in the mice radiated with RL combined with IR(P<0.05).Conclusion:The IR can increase the function of immune in mice with tumor.RL combined with IR can in-crease the function of immune and tumor-inhibition and have better effect than that of IR.
